We refund the money on the services you're dissatisfied with not the combo services packages. If there is a complete breakdown between us we will refund all your money. We don't like to see clients become dissatisfied since our goal is to bring a smile on your face as we leave. Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Any companies work is only as good as their willingness to warranty the service. Vanguard Preferred Services offers a 30-day guarantee. If any thing pops up, looks strange or bizarre and /or wasn't there before on your carpeting and upholstery, We will cheerfully return and re-clean any unacceptable area in question at no cost to you. If upon retuning the third time we compulsory return all your money in full. Why? We would have failed you and have tarnished your confidence in us. Good news! We have never refunded anyone's money in full because of a cleaning failure on our part.

Window Cleaning Services

We provide a 30-day no streak, no rain guarantee! Try getting another window cleaning company to offer one without having to mention ours. We're flattered to hear from any prospective clients that our imitators were forced to match our guarantee! If it rains inside 30 days after we've cleaned your windows, we will return and re-clean the outside windows affected. If your windows don't sparkle, please call us! Since we are not perfect we will come back and re-clean any window not meeting your satisfaction.

Blind Cleaning Services

We guarantee that we can remove all pollen, protein, cooking oil residue, dust, soot, and all allergens from your window coverings. We pre-inspect prior to cleaning and inform you about preexisting damaged before cleaning is done. Yes, tilter gears get broken from time to time due to oxidation. We don't hide behind waivers like other blind cleaners in the area. If it worked before we've arrived it will work after we leave even if it requires repairing in our shop. We will do minor repairs for any blind we didn't pre-inspect prior to cleaning. If for any reason you're not pleased with our service for any reason, we will return and re-clean any blinds not meeting your satisfaction. If that doesn't resolve it, we will return your money with no games.
